Partial Wrap of a 2008 Dodge van for Holiday Inn Express & Suites
This project was done for the Holiday Inn located on Mill Plain rd. in Danbury,CT. It was done using 3M vinyl with the graphic printed on a large format latex printer. The back window was printed on a special type of perforated vinyl, simply known as window-perf, so it doesn’t completely obscure the view through the window. As you can see from the pictures the design is printed in pieces and then applied one at a time using just a squeegee, a heat gun and a lot of time and skill. The whole process took about 8 hours from start to finish. The client was very happy with the outcome of the vehicle and it will be on the road advertising their business non-stop day and night for years to come. That’s why vehicle wraps are such an effective and economical way to advertise a business.
These pictures show Adam & Fred at Unlimited Signs installing one of the vinyl pieces that make up the design to the vehicle. In the second picture you can see the use of a heat gun which is used to help make the adhesive vinyl pliable enough to make the bend around corners and fit into grooves.
